These were done for th online ezine Tapestry Magazine ages ago. They were inspired by the fact that there are 22 Major Arcana and 4 suits, which add up to 26, the same number as there are letters in the (English) alphabet. The medium is pen and ink, with coloring done in Photoshop. The originals are very weeny--something like only one by three inches.
A is the Fool, representing new endeavors.
B is the Magician, symbolizing capability.
C is the High Priestess, meaning mystery.
D is the Empress, representing fertility and bounty.
E is the Emperor, who stands for authority and honor.
F is the Hierophant, symbolizing organized or dogmatic religion.
G is the Lovers, meaning, of course, Love.
