 
This depiction of Tanit, the Great Goddess of Carthage, is after these strange little bell-shaped figures depicting Her found on the island of Ibiza in the Mediterranean, off the coast of what is now Spain; the wings wrapped about Her suggest some association with Isis of the Egyptians.
